I had been wearing hearing aids for three years prior to getting my new hearing aids. With the new technology, I can eliminate most of the background noise and hear conversation clearly. They have also helped me a great deal at home; I can hear the TV as well as my wife. I would recommend hearing aids to anyone who has trouble hearing as well as they want to.
